Q: What is the duration for each lesson?

A: Each lesson is usually between 45 minutes to an hour.


Q: Are all your instructors certified?

A: Yes, all of our instructors are professionals who have the necessary qualifications to teach.


Q: Will I be able to choose between a male and female instructor?

A: Yes, you will be able to state your preference, but please note that it will also be subjected to availability.


Q: How do I register?

A: Please call the number provided to further discuss the requirements as well as the schedules available.


Q: What is the size of your group classes?

A: The size of our group classes are usually between 8 to 10 students.


Q: What do I need to bring for my lessons?

A: You will need to bring your own swimming attire, goggles, float board and towel. If other swimming equipment are required, the instructor will either provide them or inform you to purchase them.


Q: Will there be any make-up lessons?

A: There will be no make-up lessons if you decide to skip the lesson on your own accord or if it is due to the weather. We will only do make-up lessons if is a holiday.


Q: What are the differences between group and private lessons?

A: For group lessons, there is a fixed schedule and location. You will only be select the available timings that we conduct our lessons. For private lessons, you can choose to have 1-to-1 or with a friend or with a smaller group. You will also be able to choose your preferred day, time and location, subject to availability as well. However, please note that you are required to complete at least 4 lessons in a month.


Q: How long will it take before myself / my child will be able to swim?

A: We believe that everyone has their strengths and weaknesses as well as learning capabilities and capacities. Hence, each individual will have a different learning pace. However, we strongly recommend you to take your time to learn with us. We strongly believe that not only will you reap the rewards, but you will have an enjoyable learning process too.


Q: Will a water phobic be able to learn swimming?

A: Of course! The key is to never second guessed yourself. We have seen many students overcome their fear of water throughout the years. If we were able to help all these students, we don’t see why we can’t help others too. All you have to do is believe in yourself and take that first step to glory.


Q: Is it compulsory to take the assessment test?

A: No, it is optional and you will be given a choice.


Q: Who conducts the assessment test?

A: The assessment test is conducted by a certified tester from CLASS.
